At age 52, Dr. Frost fired a 7-under-par total for 36 holes to capture the 26th
Normandie Amateur. While not a senior event, Frost becomes the first senior
to capture the event. He birdied holes 2 through 5 to grow a one-shot lead to
four early in the final round and held on for the title.

With her win at the AJGA’s Under Armour/Vicky Hurst Championship, Liu
became the third player to record two AJGA wins so far in 2012. Combined with
her win at the AJGA Junior at Savannah Quarters, Liu has moved from No. 47
to No. 20 in the Polo Golf Rankings in just six weeks.

Brennan, a high school social studies teacher by trade, won the Golf Associa-
tion of Philadelphia’s Middle-Amateur Championship. The Philadelphia Cricket
Club member carded a 1-over 141 to beat Benjamin Smith of Little Mill CC by
two strokes.
