Thailand Duo Takes Titles In California
Thailand natives KK Limbhasut and Pailin
Ruttanasupagid topped the competition at the
Under Armour/Gary Woodland Championship,
earning not only their first AJGA career wins,
but their first victories on U.S. soil. Limbhasut
finished with a 5-under-par 139 total in the Boys
Division while Ruttanasupagid claimed the Girls
Division with a 2-under-par 140.
Trailing by five at the start of the final round,
Limbhasut kicked off his day with a birdie on No.
1 and made five additional birdies en route to a
4-under-par 68 at Diablo Grande Golf & Country
Club in Patterson, Calif. David Kim, of Glendale,
Calif., finished second at 4-under-par 140.
Ruttanasupagid used birdies on Nos. 1, 7 and
14 to card a final-round 69 and pull away from
the rest of the field. Finishing two strokes back
in second was Marissa Hinchman, of Lodi, Calif.,
with an even-par 142 total.

consecutive birdies en route to a 1-over-par 71
and was able to best the field by three shots.
Alessandra Kutz, of Sanford, Fla., finished in
second at 9-over-par 149.
