Jennifer Yang has made an immediate impact at the University of Washington.
In her first year with the Huskies, Yang has recorded three top- 20 finishes in
five events, including a T2 at the Edean Ihlandfeld Invitational. In 15 rounds, she
holds a stroke average of 74.13. Last year, Yang, No. 237 in the Women’s World
Amateur Golf Ranking, won the Royale Cup Canadian Junior Girls Championship. In 2011, Yang also defended her crown at the British Columbia Junior
Girls’ Championships.
