The Scot was found guilty of a
“serious breach” of regulations
after claims he marked his ball in-
correctly at the Russian Challenge
Cup last September. The 28-year-
old paid for a polygraph test, which
his representatives say “provided
strong backing for his assertion” that he had
not broken any rules.
