ROGERS, ARKANSAS | Yani Tseng won her third
tournament of the year on the LPGA Tour on Sunday, taking the P&G Northwest Arkansas Championship in a back-nine duel with Michelle Wie.
Tseng shot a final-round, 6-under 65 to win by
one shot over Wie, the leader coming into Sunday.
Tseng finished at 13-under 200 over 54 holes at
Pinnacle Country Club, shooting rounds of 67-68
on the first two days.
Tseng has put together one of the best year-
long performances on the LPGA Tour, winning two
major championships – the Kraft Nabisco and the
Ricoh Women’s British Open – prior to last week.
