ment with The Twenty Ten Course that will
be the venue for this year’s Ryder Cup,
Ross McMurray, the designer, has never
seen what the rest of us see. Far from ad-
hering to the golfers’ mantra of staying in
the present, he pictures the place as it will
look during the big week, with spectators
hugging the hills and everyone in a high
pitch of excitement.
