OK, the stuff everybody will be talking
about today:
Tiger Woods showed up on the new
range at Augusta National at precisely
1:39 p.m. Sunday. He hit balls under the
watchful eye of caddie Steve Williams
and coach Hank Haney.
Then he wandered over to the
10th tee near where old friend Mark
O’Meara was coming off the ninth
green. They played the back nine.
O’Meara said he hadn’t seen Woods
in person since last July.
Today at 2 p.m. Woods will face the
media at Augusta. These two have not
seen each other in a while either. Their
meeting almost certainly won’t be
as friendly.
